Chalazion HESTIA N?1 pack for chalazion removal

Set intended for use in chalazion removal surgery

Each pack is assembled in a controlled environment and sterilized with Ethylene Oxide under ISO 13485 certification.

Using the chalazion pack N?1: The enveloping field serves as a table field. The blister allows to gather the components. With the whitewash stick and an antiseptic, the operator performs an antisepsis of the eye to be treated then places the patient drape to delimit the sterile area. Using the trocar (pink needle), he fills the syringe with a local anesthetic, then after mounting the orange needle on the syringe, he injects the anesthetic into the eyelid. The chalazion clamp allows the operator to hold the eyelid and expose the chalazion. With the bistoury, he incises the chalazion, then he uses the curette to remove the pus. Compresses absorb exudates. At the end of the intervention, an eye pad is placed on the eye to protect it.
