ITV HESTIA 12 pack for intravitreal injection

Complete sterile pack intended for the practice of intra-vitreous ITV injections as part of the treatment of age-related macular degeneration (AMD).

Each pack is assembled in a controlled environment and sterilized with Ethylene Oxide under ISO 13485 certification.

Use of ITV set 12 : The enclosing control is used as a table control. The operator pours an antiseptic solution into the cup. Using kocher forceps and compresses, he performs debridement, rinsing, drying and antisepsis around the eye. He places the perforated field around the patient's eye to delimit the sterile zone. The eye is kept open thanks to the blepharostat. The marker is applied to the eye to indicate where the injection will take place. Tampons are used to absorb the discharge associated with the procedure. The swab makes it possible to precisely absorb the flows associated with the procedure.
