ITV HESTIA 17 pack for intravitreal injection

Complete sterile pack intended for the practice of intra-vitreous ITV injections as part of the treatment of age-related macular degeneration (AMD).

Each pack is assembled in a controlled environment and sterilized with Ethylene Oxide under ISO 13485 certification.

Use of ITV set 17 : The enclosing control is used as a table control. The operator places the instruments necessary for the procedure on the tray. He pours the antiseptic solution (not supplied) into the cup. He uses the Kocher forceps to grasp the compresses and carry out the cleansing, rinsing, drying of the perimeter of the eye. Part of the tampons are used to carry out the antisepsis. He places the perforated field around the patient's eye to delimit the sterile zone. The eye is kept open thanks to the blepharostat. The marker is applied to the eye to indicate where the injection will take place. The rest of the tampons are used to absorb the discharge associated with the procedure.

- 1 Fixing marker for IVT 3.5 and 4mm
- 1 angular Barraquer eye speculum 33x40 mm
- 1 Kocher plastic forceps 14.5cm blue
- 1 cup 60ml graduated green
- 1 Sterilization bag 250x420mm
